About Lyons Den
We hear all the time: ‘House concert? What is a house concert?’

Simply put, house concerts are concerts in homes inside, outside, at the poolside, or anywhere with an intimate audience on private property. Typically, the host invites audience members, and the invitation list grows as new friends are made. The description of a house concert is a music experience with a professional musician at home. Most concerts are an hour and a half to two hours of music with an intermission. Suggested donations range from $10-$25 and 100% of proceeds go to the musician.
The Lyons Den is not a business. It is our house. Adam and I love all types of music and want to introduce our friends to the musicians we have met. Our shows are normally outdoors in the sandy backyard therefore be prepared for the weather. Leashed pets are welcome when we are outside. On those occasions Mother Nature intervenes, we move the show indoors; please note we have three dogs and three cats if we move inside.
We do not sell anything, therefore, bring whatever you prefer to drink and a comfy chair and a smile. If a show falls over the dinner hour, we have a potluck and ask folks to bring a dish to share (optional to participate).
All are welcome! Our audiences are friendly and like to meet new people. House concerts allow a deeper connection between the artist and the audience. The Lyons Den is a listening environment and we ask to show respect to the musician and fellow audience members during the show. Every show is different with storytelling, getting to know the artist, sing-alongs, spontaneous jams, and anything goes!

Now, grab a chair, and a beverage and sit back to enjoy the show! ♪ ♫ ♫ ♩
